**Independent Contractor Registered Dietitian**

**Position**: Independent Contractor Registered Dietitian

**Location**: Seniors First

**Time Commitment**:approximately 3-5 hours per month.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated **Registered Dietitian** to join our team as an independent contractor. As an Independent Contractor Registered Dietitian, you will play a crucial role in promoting health and well-being among older adults. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Menu Creation**:

- Designing menus that align with the guidelines set forth by the **Older Americans Act**.
- Ensuring that the menus are nutritionally balanced and appealing.
- **Nutrition Analysis**:

- Conducting thorough analyses of the nutrition components within the menus.
- Identifying areas for improvement and making evidence-based recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Registered Dietitian (RD) Certification**: You must be a licensed and registered dietitian.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in menu planning and nutrition analysis preferred.
- **Passion**: A genuine interest in improving the health and quality of life for older adults.
