The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees the housekeeping department and works side by side with the Rooms Division Manager and additional Housekeeping Supervisors. Daily responsible include the ensuring of a clean and safe environment for all guests.

Additional tasks include;
Lead a team of housekeepers, monitor cleanliness, times in rooms and efficiency.

Inspections of vacant clean rooms once housekeeping has finished cleaning to ensure they meet our standard of 4 diamond quality.

Watch products and notify Rooms Division Manager when products are needed to insure that enough is in stock to flip an entire hotel when needed

Inventory of all Housekeeping and Laundry supplies.

Motivate, train and retain members of the staff

Help to maintain an overall amazing guest experience.

Additional tasks within reason can be given or changes depending on the needs of the hotel.

The Housekeeping Supervisor ensures that the housekeepers in their establishment are completing all tasks correctly and efficiently. They make sure product orders come through, monitor how well employees are doing, and take corrective actions when necessary to help improve performance levels across-the-board for every staff member engaged with cleaning products.

A Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the standards of cleanliness are met. They assign tasks, inspect work to ensure it's up to standard, and provide training on how to best handle customers' requests. They maintain their inventory list in case anything needs replacing and order more supplies when needed most.

Housekeeping Supervisors oversee the work of the housekeeping staff and direct all the Housekeepers on their weekly shifts and tasks. They also are a part of hiring new staff and reporting back to the Rooms Division Manager.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
