Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Marketing and Reception Specialist to join our team.This role is a unique blend of social media management (Instagram and TikTok) and receptionist responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging and creative content for our Instagram and TikTok accounts to promote our beauty services and products.
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our online community.
- Manage the reception area, greet customers, and answer phone calls to provide excellent customer service.
- Schedule appointments, manage bookings, and assist with mínimal client inquiries both in-person and over the phone.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm marketing ideas and strategies to attract new online engagement

Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media management, particularly on Instagram and TikTok.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of beauty industry trends and a passion for beauty products and services.
- Previous experience in a receptionist role is a plus.
