Seven Hills RI is a human services agency that supports individuals with developmental disabilities. Some of our clients require services for behavioral challenges and the Behavior Specialist is responsible for the development and oversight of behavior education services.

**Responsibilities**
- Complete assessments of baseline functioning
- Develop individual goals and objectives to be included in the Individual Support Plan
- Develop teaching procedures for implementing the goals and objectives
- Collect, analyze and submit data to Clinical Director
- Complete progress reports for the individuals
- Participate in team meetings for all individuals assigned on caseload
- Schedule and facilitate training and observation of direct support staff

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
- Experience in the field of mental health and developmental disabilities
- Master's degree preferred
- ABA certification preferred

Pay: $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
