We have an opening for a hybrid position that is half Cashroom Manager and half HR/Admin position. This is a new store (opened in Dec of 2023). As the store grows, these positions will be split between two employees, and you will have your choice of which one better fits you.

The Cashroom Manager position duties:

- Cashing out the cashiers throughout the day and checking their cash drawers for discrepancies
- Reconciling the books each day to make sure the ending payments match the sales for the day
- Managing the credit card processes and addressing any potential chargeback or shortage issues.
- Running daily reports to make sure the cash bank deposits match the monies collected each day

as well as some other duties.

The HR/Admin portion of the job duties:

- Conducting new hire paperwork
- Entering employee schedules each week, and assisting the senior managers mange payroll.
- Following up with employees that they view the required training and safety videos.
- Assisting with and reporting accident reports.

This is an important and exciting position, and can lead to future promotions if done well.

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
