**Job Summary**:
Manages all equipment, vehicles, supplies and materials for InDyne. Manages material within the Crestview facility. Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, or other handling equipment to move material to and from vehicles and within the storage facility. Responsible for purchasing and negotiating materials, equipment, and supplies from vendors. Evaluates vendor quotes and services to determine most desirable suppliers. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Reports to the COO.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assigned to Shared Services, Crestview, Florida. Reports to the COO.
- Responsible for all logistics functions for the entire life cycle of security system installations, or portion thereof: system design, cost estimating, planning, programming, budgeting, execution, and certification.
- Manages vehicles owned or leased by the company to include scheduling and managing necessary maintenance.
- Essential functions of the job include purchasing/evaluation of equipment, supplies and materials for security systems installation, and other materials mission/task requirements and supervisors’ priorities.
- Selects merchandise for order, places order, and stays involved in inventory distribution.
- Prepares procurement documents; generates, manages and maintains procurement expense logs, and maintains supply action account logs.
- Reviews success of previous orders to determine extent to which inventory should be replenished. Researches new trends or advances in product lines to make appropriate buying decisions.
- Functions as a decision maker with orders of a larger and more complex scope.
- Prepares procurement documents; generating, managing and maintaining procurement expense logs, and maintaining supply action account logs.
- Must also prepare and trace computer systems requirements document requests for computer equipment purchases.
- Must also be capable of performing assignments including the solution of complex problems, which cannot typically be resolved using established procedures or vendors manuals.
- Other functions include administrative responsibility for automatic data processing equipment and precision measurement equipment laboratory accounts.
- Compiles reports on quantities and types of materials on hand.

**Educational/Training Requirements**:

- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have experience with computer databases.
- Coordinates and expedites flow of materials and parts in accordance with security systems installation mission/task requirements and supervisors’ priorities.
- If required, additional system specific training will be provided.

**Required Skills/Experience**:

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

**Work Environment**:

- Work assignments can be both indoor and outdoor under various environmental conditions.
- May be required to handle hazardous material and/or collect hazardous waste.

**Physical Demands**:

- Required to lift, pull, or carry items of weight and size commensurate with job requirements.
- Travel required.
- Additional duties may be assigned to support contract/mission support requirements in job related areas such as environmental, safety, security and general housekeeping.
