**PAY & BENEFITS**

We value your dedication and hard work, which is why we offer a salary of **$87,000/year** and **variable pay opportunities**. After 90 days of employment, you're eligible for **dental** and **6 paid holidays**. - Current BCBA certification
- Active LBA certification in Arizona
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

**AVERAGE DAY AS A CERTIFIED BCBA**

Every day brings new opportunities to shine and help others overcome their individual struggles You work directly with children on the autism spectrum, providing personalized ABA therapy to help each client meet their goals. Always patient and caring, you conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, and effectively implement them. You document the progress from each session and discuss this information with families and state directors. When needed, you also supervise other sessions to ensure all team members are delivering the most effective therapy services possible.
