Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including repairs, painting, and electrical work
- Read and interpret schematics for equipment repairs
- Weld and fabricate components as needed
- Provide excellent customer service while addressing maintenance requests
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance projects
- Conduct facilities maintenance to ensure a safe and functional environment

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in mechanical knowledge, including logic controllers
- Experience with electrical systems and troubleshooting
- Ability to perform residential painting tasks
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills for interacting with residents and staff
