Servers will work in close collaboration with colleagues and follow established health and safety standards. **Responsibilities**:

- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Attend to customers upon their arrival
- Present restaurant menus and help customers in their choosing of food/beverages
- Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive/uplifting attitude
- Issue bills and accept payment
- Promote dedication from customers

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 1-2 years prior service experience
- Regularly lift and carry 40 pounds.
- Customer-oriented approach and patience
- Problem solving and quick decision-making ability
- Hands on experience in cashier duties
- Maintain TIPS certification
- Must be able to speak fluent English and communicate with guest and fellow co-workers
- High school diploma; food and beverage safety training will be considered a plus
