The **Mailroom Associate** is the first processor for all incoming mail. This position requires you to work both independently and as a team, while maintaining productivity and quality. This role requires strong organizational skills and a high level of accountability. The schedule is 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. This role is performed** fully in person **in our Glen Mills, PA office. This role is a temp to perm employment opportunity and we offer a quick growth path, including additional base pay and benefits after requirements are met.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sort and process incoming mail.
- Remove mail contents from envelopes.
- Count and organize mailing contents.
- Review scanned data images for accuracy.
- Enter data from scanned images.

**Position Requirements**:

- Highschool Diploma or equivalent
- Strong Typing, Computing and Data entry skills.
- Type 50 wpm or better.
- Lift and carry as heavy as 40 pounds.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Use repeated hand, finger, and wrist motions.
- Must have Reliable transportation.

**Pay**:
$14 - 16 / hour
