Residential Aide

**Duties**:

- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Provide companionship and engage residents in social activities
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Ensure resident rights are respected and upheld at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in meal preparation and serving.
- Familiarity with dementia care techniques and strategies.
- Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Understanding of residents' rights and the ability to advocate for them.
- Ability to provide direct support to residents with compassion and empathy.
- Physical ability to lift and assist residents as needed.
- Previous experience in caregiving or home care is preferred.
