**Overview**
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team. As a Gymnastics Coach at KidWonder, you will play a crucial role in guiding and inspiring gymnasts of all levels to achieve their goals, improve their skills, and build confidence in a supportive and encouraging setting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement gymnastics training programs tailored to individual gymnasts' skill levels and goals
- Instruct and demonstrate proper techniques for various gymnastics disciplines including floor exercises, balance beam, vault, and uneven bars
- Provide constructive feedback to gymnasts to help them improve their form, strength, flexibility, and overall performance
- Create a safe training environment by enforcing proper safety protocols and spotting techniques
- Motivate and encourage gymnasts to push beyond their limits while maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere
- Collaborate with fellow coaches to coordinate practice schedules, competitions, and special events
- Monitor gymnasts' progress, track performance metrics, and communicate with parents or guardians as needed

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in sports coaching, preferably in gymnastics or related disciplines
- Experience working with students of different ages in a health club or similar setting
- Strong background in behavior management techniques to effectively engage with athletes
- Ability to climb heights for equipment setup or spotting purposes
- Excellent communication skills to interact with gymnasts, parents, and staff members effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
