**What would you do as a MedTech/Shift Manager, Senior Living, Memory Care**

As a MedTech at Country Village, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our residents by managing the medroom and passing medications in accordance with procedure. Your attention to detail and adherence to documentation protocols will be essential in maintaining accurate records and effectively communicating any changes in resident care to the appropriate team members. **Would you be a great MedTech/Shift Manager?**

To be successful in the MedTech role, you will need a combination of technical skills and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in maintaining resident charts and following procedures is essential, as is the ability to communicate resident status changes effectively to ensure coordinated care. You will coordinate resident appointments and pass medications according to physician orders, so attention to detail and accuracy is critical.
