Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience during their stay. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally - Assist with reservations and room assignments - Maintain accurate guest records and handle payment transactions - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member - Assist with night audit duties as needed Skills: - Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service - Knowledge of resort or hotel management operations preferred - Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using phone systems, computers, and other office equipment - Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization. Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
