**Job Overview**

Join our team as a Retail Manager and become the heartbeat of RIPT Dispensary Reporting directly to the owners, you'll be the driving force behind an exceptional customer experience, leading and nurturing our front-of-house team. You'll strategize and implement exciting promotions, ensuring our store is the go-to destination for cannabis enthusiasts. **Responsibilities**
- _Customer Experience: _Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by overseeing the customer service provided by the front-of-house team. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
- _Sales Training: _Develop and implement training programs for staff to improve their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- _Promotions: _Collaborate with Back-of-House team to plan and execute in-store promotions and events to boost sales and enhance customer engagement.
- _Performance Metrics:_ Monitor and analyze sales performance and other key metrics to identify areas for improvement. Develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- _Team Management:_ Supervise and manage the Front-of-House team, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and providing ongoing coaching and development.
- _Retail Floor Appearance:_ Ensure the retail floor is visually appealing, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and overseeing effective merchandising and display setups to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- _Cash Management_: Perform cash management duties that include daily opening and/or closing procedures, and assisting customers to cash out.
- _Regulatory Compliance_: Ensure that the Front-of-House operations comply with all local, state, and federal regulations related to the sale of cannabis products.

**Skills Needed**
- _Retail Management Experience_: 3+ Years proven experience in a retail &/or hospitality management role. Cannabis experience is a plus but not required (though familiarity and appreciation of the products is encouraged)
- _Leadership_: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- _Customer Service_: Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.
- _Sales and Marketing_: Understanding of sales techniques and marketing strategies to boost store performance.
- _Analytical Skills_: Ability to analyze performance metrics and develop actionable strategies based on data insights.
- _Communication_: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train staff and interact with customers.
- _Organizational Skills_: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

This role is central to ensuring the smooth operation of the front of house, driving sales, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Work Environment**

The position requires work at irregular hours, e.g. nights and weekends, overtime, alternating shifts.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
