Building Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a part-time building manager, building event manager, and building cleaner for the Episcopal Church of St. Andrew & Holy Communion [SAHC].
**Key Functions**:
- To clean the facilities.
- To be present at the opening and closing of events hosted by the people/groups who use our facilities.
- This position requires weekend and evening hours.
**GENERAL DUTIES**
- To maintain clean and healthy facilities at SAHC by cleaning the facility. For any facility usage events that occur on Saturdays after AA and through the evening, the facilities must be cleaned before 9 AM on Sunday_._
- Inform the Parish Administrator when there is a need to purchase additional cleaning and toiletry supplies and if repairs are needed.
- To check to ensure facility users can get into the building and provide help to facilitate entrance.
- To check to see if facility users leave the building clean, with trash being put in proper outside containers, and ensure all doors are locked.
- On occasion, clean the parish facilities after special events at a mutually agreed compensation rate between facility user and you.
**Requirements**:
- Enough knowledge of English for effective communication
**Job Type**: Part-time
