Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Respond to IT issues; provide technical support across the company
- Set up accounts for new users; manage user access control
- Troubleshoot system and network problems; diagnose and solve hardware/software faults
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems

**Requirements**:

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree or combined combination of education and experience
- Proven experience as an IT Specialist or relevant position
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and network technologies
Strong desktop support skills; ability to communicate effectively with non-technical staff
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills; ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
