We are looking for a reliable individual to help with the day to day general cleanup of a commercial property in North Hollywood, CA. This is a part time position.
Work consists of the following:
- Groundskeeping such as picking up trash or dumped debris in the parking lot and disposal in the trash bins;
- Light landscaping such as removal of weeds, dead leaves, or branches;
- Graffiti removal and painting;
- Sweeping and power washing of sidewalks.
- Your name and telephone number;
- Any relevant experience with groundskeeping;
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
Work Location: In person
