Groundskeeper/handyman

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our estate property and commercial property. Your primary duties will include gardening, lawn care, landscape maintenance, and other handyman duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Irrigate lawns and gardens to ensure proper hydration
- Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Utilize hand tools for various landscaping tasks
- Remove weeds and unwanted vegetation
- Clean and maintain walkways, parking lots, and other outdoor areas
- Assist with the installation of new landscaping features
- Various other cleaning, pick-up, and haul off tasks

- Knowledge of garden care techniques and lawn maintenance practices
- Familiarity with operating power tools for landscaping purposes
- Proficiency in using hand tools for various groundskeeping tasks
- Ability to maintain outdoor spaces in a neat and orderly manner
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
