**Job Summary**:
TheClient Success Specialistis responsible for engaging, retaining, and driving our customer renewals with usage of Envestnet | MoneyGuide product offerings. TheClient Success Specialistcompletes the post-sales lifecycleforall IFA accounts serving as the advocate for each customer.You will work collaboratively withtechnology,analytics,service,and otherMoneyGuidestakeholders toensure we aredelivering world-class service and creating raving fans.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the implementation expert for new users. Assist withonboarding, creatinguser IDs, integration set-ups, customizations,andpost-salesupport.
- Increase adoption with new and at-riskusersthrough consultativesupport that aligns with theclientsbusiness goals.
- Collaborate with other MoneyGuidedepartments to ensure timely execution of tasks, including onboarding, training,implementation,andrenewals.
- Proactively engageusersto ensure thatnew &key features of MoneyGuideproduct offeringsare being leveraged.
- Coordinateadvisortraining calls with the Training TeamorSupport byAppointmentTeam.
- Implement and maintainconsistentcommunication strategies toensure excellent licensed user experience.
- Ensure the retention of MoneyGuide licensed users and meet retention&renewalgoals.
- Maintainaccurate andup to dateSalesForceactivity.
- Serve as the trusted point of contact for MoneyGuideusersand key partnerswithin the firm.
- Providesupport to Account Managersas needed to drive sales activity.
- Supporttheenterprise sales teamwith reporting, contract details,and day to day enterprisecommunications.
- Communicate with clients for terms of service,W-9s,NDAsandother information security needs.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of MoneyGuideproductsas well as internal systems.
- As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internalcontrolsand procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree (degree in in Mathematics, Finance, Statistics,orEconomicspreferred)
- Experience, interest,and aptitude in technology, specifically software development
- 3-5 years of experience in the financial services/financial planning industry, especially with MoneyGuide products
- Must enjoy working in a team environment with frequent customercontact
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Demonstrated skills in solving problems and responsibility for ensuring customersatisfaction.
