Summary:
The Marketing Database Analyst is responsible for providing analytical and programming support to assess and monitor performance of marketing programs.

Essential Functions:

- Create analysis and review data to ensure the marketing strategy and business plan is being followed according to set guidelines and expectations.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs and promotions by utilizing data mining and pro

- Accurately develop and produce reports for management in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement various reports as required.
- Report and analyze redemptions, membership enrollments, tracked play, ADT, time played, action, and any other information requested.
- Accurately develop, maintain, and update the casino marketing database in a timely manner.
- Assist with developing, implementing, executing, analyzing, and managing strategies for direct marketing campaigns and the reinvestment strategy associated with them.
- Work closely with various departments to plan and analyze operations through the creation and analysis of reports.
- Responsible for the confidentiality and integrity of customer information within the database.
- Provide and present analysis of various target market and demographic areas to all levels in the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies and report potential issues in a timely manner.
- Assure an environment which emphasizes cooperation, communication, and teamwork with all departments.
- Support compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including those associated with underage and intoxicated guests.
- Support current law and policy to provide a work environment free from illegal and discriminatory behavior.
- Complete job duties with mínimal supervision, maintain acceptable attendance, and use appropriate judgment.

Required:

- Bachelors or Master’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in business analytics
- At least 5 years of experience performing various types of database hygiene and management, data mining, customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and executive level summaries and presentations in a fast-paced business environment.

Schedule:
Full-Time: Mon-Fri, weekends and evenings as needed.
