**Positions**: 3
**Duration**: End of December end date (12/20); contract only
**Location**: Primarily Valley Forge/King of Prussia, PA
**Working Model**: Hybrid (Tues & Wed in office)
**Core hours**: 9-5, flex hours available (can start as early as 7AM)
**Education**: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (5+ years)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create comprehensive documentation on all processes within the company, ensuring clarity and accessibility for third-party contractors.
- Translate technical processes into simple terms that are relatable and understandable for contractors with varying levels of expertise.
- Communicate announcements and reminders regarding processes effectively to third-party contractors through various channels.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Maintain organized documentation repositories and update materials as processes evolve.
- Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies to enhance contractor engagement and understanding.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in technical writing, preferably within a similar industry or field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in simple terms.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Ancile and Populo programs preferred.
- Experience with CRM Dynamics for 365 is a plus.
- Flexibility to work core hours of 9-5, with the availability for flexible hours.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
