**Responsibilities**:

- Recruit, Orient, train, and mentor medical practice personnel
- Trouble shoot and maintain the eClinicalWorks EMR
- Promote innovations for system improvement
- Oversee the production and maintenance of the “Wiki,” our online office systems manual
- Oversee and manage daily operations of medical practice and personnel, while maintaining a professional workplace
- Synchronize the activities of the Clinical and Administrative Managers and Providers
- Coordinate staff and physician schedules
- Prepare and submit biweekly Payroll
- Order and manage medical and office supplies
- Maintain the office standing as Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH)
- Supervise cleaning staff and coordinate maintenance activities when needed
- Ensure adherence to healthcare laws, rules, and regulations
- Maintain total confidentiality of personal and financial data

**Requirements**:
**Essential Skills**
- Technological competence with electronic software (eCW, Google sites)
- Proficiency with online recruiting Applications
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated poise, tact, diplomacy, and good judgement
- Detail oriented and self-motivated person with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to interact and communicate with all staff and providers
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Able to work on some Saturdays
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous working experience as a Medical Office Manager in a small office for 3 years
- Previous experience recruiting and training employees

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
