**Responsibilities**:
General Summary Supervises the activities required to operate, maintain and remain in compliance with all regulations of all the equipment, process instrumentation and infrastructure at the LNG facility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the operation, inspection, and maintenance of all plant electronic, electrical and mechanical equipment. This includes process instrumentation such as gas chromatographs and analyzers, and pressure, temperature, and level transmitters; control equipment, such as 4KV switchgear, programmable logic controllers and process controllers; and mechanical equipment, including motors, compressors, process equipment, cryogenic piping, control valves, vessels, buildings and general grounds maintenance.
- Inspection, testing and maintenance of all fire protection and safety equipment including a digital combustible gas and fire detection system, fire suppression equipment and portable gas detection equipment.
- Directly supervise a team of LNG Plant Attendants, ensuring they are trained to perform all required duties and tasks properly and safely.

Operation and maintenance of computer hardware associated with process control.
- Responsible for maintaining the LNG storage tanks and boil-off gas heating and compression system equipment.
- Verifying daily time sheets for plant personnel working under your direction.
- Perform standby duties. If required, presence at the plant may be needed to correct problems after hours and weekends.
- Responsible for operation of the facility’s storeroom, including receiving material, charging out material, reviewing material requirements and inventory.
- Responsible for plant safety and security. Conduct the safety program in compliance with all standards, including safety meetings, tailgates, and first aid meetings, with emphasis on flammable cryogenic liquids.
- Compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory requirements associated with the operation of an LNG facility.
- Maintain the current environmental control programs.
- Knowledgeable of the bargaining agreement and that plant activities are in compliance with its provisions.
- Awareness of capital and O&M budgets and reporting processes.
- Responsible for coordination of the operator re-certification program, including maintaining written exams, administering and evaluation exams and scheduling retraining sessions.
- General housekeeping throughout the facility.
- Coordination of resources to complete work tasks.

**Qualifications**:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Required for Selection:

- Strong knowledge of chemical theory related to natural gas processing.
- Working knowledge and skills related to gas purification equipment, compressor equipment, refrigeration, as found in air/gas separation facilities and other cryogenic plants. and gas heaters
- Preferred for Selection:

- Knowledge of computer control hardware and software.
- Knowledge of DOT Part 193 regarding design, operation, and maintenance of an LNG facility.

Education/Work Experience
- Prefered for Selection:

- Bachelor’s degree in chemical/Mechanical Engineering or Technology.
- Background in mechanical equipment, process instrumentation and refrigeration.
- Preferred for Selection:

- 5-10 Years of working experience in an LNG facility, air/gas separation plant, oil refinery, or natural gas compression station.
- Strong mechanical background.
- Supervisory experience.
- Good working knowledge of computers and other process control instrumentation.
