Billing Specialist

Duties
- Collaborating with customers, and other team members to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors
- Creating invoices and billing materials to be sent directly to a customers
- Inputting payment history, upcoming payment information or other financial data into accounting software
- Informing customers of any missed or upcoming payment deadlines
- Calculating and tracking various company financial statements

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in using accounting software
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Background in Accounting, Billing, Account Management
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Knowledge of Vista accounting software is a plus.
- Background in construction is a plus.
- Background in AR/ AP is a plus.

Pay: $19.50 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
