We are looking for you to join our team as a **Technical Services Project Management Specialist** based out of **San Diego, CA**.

The Technical Services Project Management Specialist leads and directs one or more project teams in the professional services arena. Prepares project execution plan and coordinates activities between client and company personnel. Monitors project completion from initiation through delivery to meet revenue and cost projections. Oversees performance of projects or engagements and typically utilizes management skills more than technical skills. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team(s).

**What you'll get to do**:

- Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between program management, production, planning, procurement, supply chain, project team, and line management.
- Review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports.
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress, intervention and problem solving with Project Managers, Line Managers, Program Management and Clients.

This position may be filled at a level 2 (Technical Services Project Management Specialist) or a level 3 (Principal Technical Services Project Management Specialist) depending on experience.

**Basic Qualifications for a Technical Services Project Management Specialist**:

- Have a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant professional experience in project management, supply chain, engineering or business (OR in lieu of a degree, 6+ years of related relevant professional/military experience that includes a background in project management, supply chain, engineering or business may be considered)
- Must have MRP Knowledge
- Must have the ability to attain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR/SAP)
- Able to obtain and maintain DOD clearance (be a US citizen)

**Basic Qualifications for a Principal Technical Services Project Management Specialist**:

- Have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant professional experience in project management, supply chain, engineering or business (OR a master's degree and 3+ years of relevant professional experience in project management, supply chain, engineering or business OR in lieu of a degree, 6+ years of relevant professional/military experience that includes a background in project management, supply chain, engineering or business may be considered)
- Must have MRP Knowledge
- Must have the ability to attain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR/SAP)
- Able to obtain and maintain DOD clearance (be a US citizen)

**Preferred Qualifications for Both Levels**:

- Current/Active Security Clearance
- MS Access skills are a plus
- Experience with Project Management principles and experience utilizing them professionally
- Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Gathering, manipulating, and processing raw data at scale. Interpreting data provided by SAP, PDM and MES Systems
