**Junior Business Process Analyst**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Process Analysis**: Assist in the analysis of current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- **Data Collection**: Collect and document information regarding current processes, tools, and systems used by various financial teams.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with federal agency team members to understand their workflows and gather requirements for process improvements.
- **Documentation**: Prepare detailed documentation of process workflows, including process maps, diagrams, and reports.
- **Support Senior Analysts**: Provide support to the Senior Business Analyst and Systems Analyst in conducting process evaluations and implementing improvements.
- **Meetings and Workshops**: Participate in meetings and workshops with federal agency staff to discuss process improvement initiatives.
- **Project Support**: Assist the project manager in tracking project progress and ensuring timely completion of project milestones.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 0-3 years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or a related role. Internship experience is acceptable.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Basic understanding of process mapping and business process modeling.
- **Desirable**:

- Familiarity with federal agency operations and financial systems.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar.

Pay: $63,500.00 - $71,200.00 per year
