**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers
- Manage transactions and collect payments with customers
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Track transactions and report any discrepancies
- Bagging food carefully
- Giving feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Cashier or in a similar role
- Basic knowledge and familiarity with POS
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
