LandVest is looking for a full time Real Estate Appraisal Analyst to join our Real Estate Consulting Group. This role will provide critical work-flow support to members of the Real Estate Consulting Group, especially senior commercial appraisers.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Support Appraisers and Project Managers with report formatting and production in MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe, and map-making software. Tasks will include final assembling and proofreading of reports.
- Support the Managing Director on real estate data research projects and presentation materials. Tasks will include collection, customization, and visualization of data sets. This data will be used for internal and external presentation and as blog content.

**Requirements**:

- Education level: Bachelor’s degree or above
- Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office, Adobe
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Experience in or ability to learn quickly how to use Real Estate & Customer Databases
- High-level proofreading skills
- High-level MS Excel skills including pivot tables, charts & graphs, and analysis tools
- Excellent professional communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Detail and task-oriented
- Valid Driver’s License

The position is based in Boston, MA. Some flexibility is possible in terms of office location and partial work-from-home with at least 2-3 days in the office. The successful applicant will need to be available to meet in person with the senior commercial appraisers and consultants at various locations throughout eastern Massachusetts.
