**Position Overview**:
Nibav Lifts Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Order Selector to join our team. The Order Selector will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products are delivered to clients promptly and in perfect condition.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Order Selection: Accurately pick customer orders from storage areas according to order sheets or voice pick systems.
- Order Verification: Verify the accuracy of picked orders against order sheets or voice pick systems.
- Packaging: Pack orders securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damages before packing and shipping.
- Shipping Coordination: Prepare orders for shipment and coordinate with shipping carriers for pickups.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order selection or a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and verification.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory tracking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
