**Hotel Sales and Operations Coordinator**

**Wildwood Lodge, Pewaukee**

**Job Type**: Full-Time Hourly

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Correspond with prospects and answer any questions about the hotel’s venue options, rates, room types, venue packages, or promotions
- Send out proposals and collecting invoices
- Support the hotel executives in researching competitors and potential new clients
- Coordinate with the sales and operation teams to execute events
- Enter, retrieve, or finalize information in the company’s sales system
- Gather and assemble sales collateral to send to prospects
- Understand the customer’s needs and build company loyalty

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience in hotel sales and/or operations, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
