Residential Cleaner

Responsibilities:

- Perform thorough cleaning tasks in residential and commercial settings, including but not limited to: dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure a clean and organized environment
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Adhere to schedules and complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping, residential cleaning, or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different cleaning techniques and products is a plus
- Familiarity with floor care, carpet cleaning, and custodial duties is beneficial

**Skills**:

- Ability to clean efficiently and effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and understand their specific requirements
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
