**What you will be doing**:
As a Right of Way Agent, you will be taking lead on acquiring easements for large electric transmission, distribution and/or pipeline projects in support of the Project Manager (PM), or members of the project team. This includes conducting advanced right of way negotiations with high-risk landowners. You will be responsible for preparing settling damages, real estate documents, performing property research, ensuring compliance with company standards, and providing construction support.

**Here are the minimum requirements**:

- Minimum of five (5) years of Right of Way acquisition experience
- Active Massachusetts Notary or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systems Valid Driver’s License
