Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server/Cashier to join our team. As a Server/Cashier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling cash transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties: - Greet customers and seat them at their tables - Present menus and provide recommendations on food and beverage options - Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff - Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests - Handle cash transactions using the Aloha POS system - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area - Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new customers - Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales Experience: - Previous experience in the food industry or as a server/cashier is preferred - Familiarity with cash handling procedures - Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items is a plus - Experience using the Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software is beneficial - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally We offer competitive pay rates and flexible scheduling options.
