**Job Duties**:

- Adhere to 6-S principles of maintaining a clean, standardized, and organized workspace.
- Directly responsible for product conformance.
- Responsible for maintaining integrity of all incoming, in-process, and outgoing, product.
- Manual _and AS9100 Quality Management System.
- Responsible for Verification and use of Calibration Equipment and Crimping Tools
- Responsible for maintaining records associated with test data, conformance and general records.
- Processing of MRB Reports, as required.
- Processing outgoing First Article Inspection Reports.
- Participating in the formulation of Corrective Action Plans.
- Handling Customer Returns (RMAs).

**Job Requirements**:

- 1+ years’ experience in quality control/inspection
- Professional
- Reliable
- Self-Motivated
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of Process Controls and Cause and Effect relationships
- Ability to pass visual acuity and color tests
- Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Understand basic electrical concepts such as voltage, amperage, resistance, Ohm's law, wattage, circuit theory and others.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 2+ years’ experience in quality control/inspection
- Understanding of ISO 9001 / AS 9100 procedures
- IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, IPC J-STD certifications

**Job Details**:

- Hourly: Starting Pay is $14-22/Hour (depending on experience)
- Hours: Monday - Thursday 6am-4:30pm
- Reports to: Quality Manager
