**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented After-Sales Technician to join our team. As an After-Sales Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers. This role is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing technical issues and providing timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to our drone products.
Perform diagnostic tests and repairs on drones and related equipment.
Conduct routine maintenance and software updates for customers' drones.
Document and report on technical issues, repair activities, and customer interactions.
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure comprehensive customer service.
Assist in the development and delivery of training sessions for customers on drone usage and maintenance.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and technical advancements.
Qualifications:
Associate degree from a two-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong technical and mechanical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to learn and understand technical product details.
Little or no travel is expected for this position.
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
