Test Proctor

**The Part-time Test Proctor **position is responsible for providing a secure exam delivery of the HESI Admissions test and superior customer service in a comfortable, friendly environment. There may be opportunities to proctor other nursing exams.

**Hours: Wednesday: 9AM-2PM, Saturday: 9AM-5PM.**

**Additional hours may be available for proctoring other nursing exams.**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Understands and complies with all testing procedures.
- Checks in examinees, verifies identification, and explains the exam process.
- Monitors examinees while testing.
- Maintains a secure testing environment.
- Communicates with internal departments to investigate and fix technical issues.
- Strictly adheres to company policies using careful judgment..
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance.

**Skills/Competencies/Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience required.
- Strong communication skills are a must.
- Must be flexible in work hours and days.
- Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment.
- Beginner to Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). **Basic computer skills**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrates flexibility and teamwork.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Work setting:
