**Operational Management**:
- Oversee and optimize daily clinic operations to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Efficiently manage and lead the scheduling operations for the clinic, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and staff to meet patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to maintain a high standard of patient service.
- Enforce clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Act as the point of contact for any patient feedback, working with the Medical Leadership team to address concerns.
- Place and manage orders for medical supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Coordinate with the finance department to track expenses related to supplies and ensure adherence to the budget.
- **Team Leadership**:
- Recruit, train, supervise, and engage clinic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to enhance staff development.
- Foster teamwork and effective communication among all clinic team members.
- **Strategic Planning**:
- Collaborate with the Regional Leadership team (Director of Operations & Medical Director) to contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement strategies to enhance the clinic's market presence and community engagement.
- **Quality Assurance**:
- Monitor and maintain compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation criteria.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:
- Partner with your District Director along with corporate resources** **to ensure effective communication and goal alignment.
**Who You Are**
- **_ Exceptional people manager and team leader: _**1-3 years of demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and growing teams
- **_ Experience in similar roles: _**Demonstrated skills in medical practice management, human resources, and data analysis
- **_ Driven and self-motivated: _**Ability to work independently, possess a level of initiative and enthusiasm to help drive results
- **_ Effective communicator (written and verbal) and cross collaborator:_**_ _Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders across the organization
- **_ Knowledge of healthcare or adjacent industry: _**Familiarity with medical billing systems, basic medical coding, and basic medical terminology
- **_ Technically savvy:_** Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically SharePoint, Word, and Excel
- **_ Availability_**: Work in clinic Monday through Friday with a rotating on-call for weekends and flexibility to support the opening and closing of clinic regularly
**Bonus Qualifications**
- Degree in Health Management, Health Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with When to Work, Clockwise, ADP, and Envi
