**RN 3-11 Supervisor**

Kentmere Rehabilitation and Skilled Care, a 104-bed skilled nursing facility, is seeking a Full-time Nurse Supervisor to join our team

Located on the historic outskirts of Wilmington’s forty-acre neighborhood, blocks from Trolley Square and Rockford Park, Kentmere is easily accessible to routes 95, 202 and 52.

We’re a supportive team of skilled nurses and we welcome caring, supportive, and diligent skilled leaders

**Required Skills**:
** Self
- starter**

** Detailed & Organized**

** Team Player - able to work with all staff members, residents, families and physicians**

**Experience**:
** A minimum of two years’ experience in Long Term Care highly preferred**

** A minimum of 1-year supervisory experience in a hospital, long term care facility or other**

** Must possess an associates degree or higher**
