The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for:

- Always delivering high quality food, in a timely manner, that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A Quality
- Creating a positive culture that follows our mission statement and Chick-fil-A’s standards.
- Monitoring food safety and food quality to ensure it meets Chick-fil-A food safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- Coaching the behaviors of all Team Leaders and Team Members who work in the Kitchen. Those behaviors include:

- Sense of Urgency that creates surprisingly fast Speed of Service
- Attention to detail that ensures preparation and production procedures are followed
- Execution of systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment
- Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety
- Vigilant attention to the organization and appearance of the kitchen

Behavior Characteristics:

- Allocate at least two hours per week to planning
- Focus on systematically and effectively communicating all Kitchen related goals and success factors to Team Members
- Combine critical thinking and practical leadership to create a culture of innovation
- Effectively coach and give direction
- Intentionally and methodically grow and nurture relationships with the staff
- Be able to connect with a multicultural team
- Align hiring, training, daily practices and evaluation practices with the Vision of the organization and the Thematic Goal for the year
- Enthusiastically and passionately lead the Kitchen team

**REQUIREMENTS**:
In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
