**OUR EXPECTATIONS**

Our certified Cakers are true masters of their crafts, your role will include various tasks such as preparing fruits, creams, sauces, cakes, cake decoration, and cake writing. Your primary objective will revolve around ensuring customer satisfaction by crafting visually stunning and delectable cakes. Additionally, you'll be responsible for creating a hygienic and safe work environment, as well as meeting production targets.

**KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare creams and sauces, store them in an organized manner.
- Ensure the cake display is visually appealing to the customers.
- Responsible for scaling, decorating, and producing of all Desserts, Pastries and Cakes
- Make creams and sauces for cakes and pastries.
- General knowledge of production methods and organization of Confectionary production
- Must be able to prioritize and finish all tasks assigned for the daily caking.
- Carrying out operations and productions that take place in the kitchen.
- Preparing all needed materials and ingredients
- Understand and follow all recipes and procedures for production.
- Manage time effectively and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
- Learn new products and skills and demonstrate proper techniques to new cakers joining.
- Sanitization procedures, maintaining overall cleanliness of workstation and kitchen.
- Ensuring the workplace is safe and hygienic for all employees and guests.
- Receive, stock, and store food in designated containers and storage areas in an organized manner.
- Inform the supervisor when equipment is not working properly and manage when food supplies are getting low.
- Complete various reports for records such as production, usage, and waste.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE**
- Preferably, at least one year of relevant experience - Kitchen Experience is a Plus+
- Beautiful handwriting is a plus to take care of cake writing.
- Technical Skill: Ice a cake with soft Chantilly cream, but we are willing to train the right individual who shows to be committed to the process.

- High emotional intelligence with the ability to work with, and manage diverse teams by being highly empathetic, intuitive, self-motivated, and driven.

- Must be available to work Weekends and Early Shifts.
- Effective communication skills.
- Understanding of food safety and food labeling.
- Ability to multitask, pay close attention to detail, and manage stress effectively.
- Strong customer service skills, both internally and externally.
- A Food Handler's Certificate is required.
- Confectionery/Foods major recommended.
- Ability to stand 6-8 hours per day.
- Be able to lift 50 pounds.
