Our locally owned bakery is growing and we are in search of an experienced **Pastry Chef**.

The **Pastry Chef **will be responsible for preparing, baking, decorating and finishing baked goods. Some responsibilities include:

- Maintaining & strictly abiding by sanitation/health regulations;
- Follows recipes precisely, including conversion capabilities, and understands mis en place.
- Proofing, baking & finishing;
- Restocking kitchen supplies and food items required for service;
- Safely uses all kitchen equipment;
- Maintains a clean and organized work area;
- All duties assigned.

Previous management experience in a professional setting required. Minimum 2 years pastry experience required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
