Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Schedule patient appointments using dental software, such as Eaglesoft
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Verify insurance coverage and process patient payments
- Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially
- Assist with scheduling and administrative support as needed

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or Medical Receptionist
- Familiarity with dental software like Eaglesoft
- Strong customer service and patient care skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
