Yacht Broker

Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Represent ECYS in helping people buy new boats
- Represent ECYS in helping people buy and sell quality brokerage boats
- Foster relationships with new and existing customers
- Educate customers to allow them to make their best buying decisions
- Become a resource for our customers beyond the transaction to foster long-term relationships
- Keep CRM up to date to keep your opportunities organized
- Creatively list and market both new and brokerage vessels to drive new business. Must be comfortable creating content including but not limited to video, articles, photos to help inspire customers to enjoy the water

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years’ experience in the marine industry
- Strong marketing abilities
- Self-motivated
- Eager to continue learning more about the marine industry
- Ability to develop relationships with new and old clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $30,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
