Applicants _**must**_ have experience working on high-end residential interior design projects.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 4-6+ years of demonstrated experience with an interior design firm serving high-end residential clients with multimillion dollar budgets.
- Must have significant experience in high-end residential FF&E, _not _just in interior architecture, commercial design or hospitality design
- Be comfortable working in all areas of design (presentations, purchasing, concept design, project management, installations, etc.)
- A “can do” attitude, and the ability to work well with others on a team
- Must have proficiency in AutoCAD
- A valid driver's license and access to a car (or car share) to visit job sites, the design center, and fabricator locations
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Interior Design or in Architecture
- Experience working previously as a project manager is a plus.
- Live within commuting distance to the office, or willing to relocate
- Must be Fully Vaccinated by start date
**COMPENSATION**
- Salary commensurate with experience
- Annual profit-sharing bonus
- 401(K) with 4% match after one year.
- 3 weeks vacation (year 1), 4 weeks (year 2), 5 weeks (starting year 5)
