**C**O**RE R**E**SP**O**N**S**I**B**I**L**IT**I**E**S **include, but are not limited to the following:

- **Pro**j**ect **N**ot**i**f**i**c**a**ti**o**n**:

- Ensures customer is contacted within 48 hours of project Award.
- Reviews overall project objectives and timelines with customer and establishes ongoing communication strategy.
- Ensures all required project information has been provided to Operations from Sales and Engineering.
- Assigns project related tasks within ConnectWise in relation to project timelines.
- **Pro**j**ect **I**nf**o**r**m**a**ti**o**n **R**ev**i**e**w**:Reviews all information with key personnel to address questions and unknowns.
- **Pro**j**ect **P**l**a**n**n**i**n**g**
- Evaluates potential problems, impact, and solutions. Coordinate resources, site access, PPE requirements and equipment.
- Creates a project plan with specific milestones to be able to achieve overall project budgets and timelines.
- Assists in the creation of Gantt charts, Risk Register, Site Safety Plans as required.
- Adjust as necessary the project plan and communicate any changes for the duration of the project life cycle to all stakeholders.
- **Pro**j**ect **R**ev**i**ew **w**i**th Cu**s**to**m**e**r**:Review system functionality, schedule, and plan with customer. Oversee site walk-throughs to verify locations and identify safety hazards.
- **Pro**j**ect **K**i**ck**-**O**ff **M**ee**t**i**n**g**:Lead project Kick-Off meeting and communicate the project plan and reviews all project milestones. Oversee site walk-throughs to verify locations and identify safety hazards with project team.
- **Ex**ecuti**n**g **P**r**o**j**ect **P**l**a**n**:

- Perform consistent site evaluations, safety inspections and CEC quality assurances to ensure project plan compliance. Mentor and correct discrepancies, when possible, report reoccurrences when necessary.
- Communicate changes in the SOW and seek Change Order possibilities. Adapt project plan as needed.
- Ensure project punch list and system testing is completed, coordinate customer training, and schedule documentation completion.
- Assists CEC Sales/Engineering in pre-sales functions by sharing and/or compiling specific customer knowledge and design.
- Assist with the onsite training and mentoring of less experienced team members.
- Work alongside the project team to ensure safety and quality objectives are met by adhering to industry codes, standards, and best practices. Project Lead responsibilities as assigned.
- **C**l**o**s**i**n**g t**h**e **P**r**o**j**ect**:Perform customer walk-throughs. Submit documentation, obtain customer sign off and verify completion for project fulfillment on all assigned projects.
- **Post **P**r**o**j**ect **M**eet**i**n**gs**:Provide input on project management processes, procedures, tools, and best practice improvement. Give recommendations to Sales and Engineering on improvement areas and project successes.
- **Se**r**v**i**c**e**:Responsible to support Service ticket completion as assigned and provide voluntary support to CEC's 24/7 On Call rotation.

**S**U**P**E**R**VI**S**O**R**Y R**E**SP**O**N**S**I**B**I**L**I**T**I**E**S**
- The Project Manager I leads project team while they are working on assigned projects.

**M**I**N**I**M**U**M **QU**A**L**IF**I**C**AT**I**O**N**S**:

- 5+ years of technology experience within CEC or similar company.
- 3+ years of leadership experience within CEC or similar company
- 2 safety related certifications
- 1 Industry certification (i.e. NICET, Bicsi, CTS, etc.)
- Industry certifications and trainings can/will be obtained during the first year of employment to meet the minimum qualifications when applicable.
