**Job Title**: Accounting Clerk
**Reports **to**:Office Manager
- Perform any combination of the following and similar accounting duties.
- Post payments
- Reconcile statements
- Disburse checks
- Prepare and finalize accounts paperwork
- Verify account and payment data
- Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks
- Generate invoices and account statements
- Maintain files and records
- Maintain vehicle inventory
- Produce various reports
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
- Files deals for all stores.
- Scan DMV.
- Assist with any old scanning.
- Assist with pulling jackets if needed.
- Treats members of the public and coworkers in a courteous and non-discriminatory manner and maintains a professional demeanor while on the job. Never use profanity.
- Adheres to the dealership’s sexual harassment/non-discrimination policies and the other policies in the dealership handbook.
- Maintain ongoing compliancy with Car Pros Policies and Procedures via Compli.
- Follow Car Pros standards regarding dress code.
- Wear Car Pros Employee ID Badge daily.
**Vehicles Driven or Moved as Part of the Job**:
- Move new or used vehicles for customers
- Demonstrating new or used vehicles to potential customers.
- New and used car repositioning on sales lots as required for display.
- Other Driving as assigned.

- Pushing and pulling: Frequent activity using equipment and hand tools.
