**Duties **an**d** **R**e**sponsibil**i**ties** (E**sse**n**tial **F**u**ncti**o**n**s)**:

- **Virtual Branch Support**

o Responsibility for opening and onboarding new accounts/loans that come in digitally

o Ensure appropriate communication and follow-up is provided to members

o Involved with testing of new digital processes or systems

o Looks for improvements and enhancements for the members’ digital experience and communicate ideas to Virtual Branch Assistant Manager
- **Virtual Branch Operations**

o Maintain product knowledge and expertise on Purdue Federal products and services

o Cross-sell other products and services that the Credit Union offers and refer/direct member to utilize online banking, bill pay, eStatements, and direct deposits

o Visa increase processing - take and process information for lending decision, follow through with member to ensure request is processed

o Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations

o Ensure compliance with all Purdue Federal compliance and procedures
- **Individual and Team Development**

o Seminars and training

o Department projects

o Cross-functional projects

**Required Skills**:
**Knowledge,** **S**k**ill, and Abi**l**ity** **Requir**e**me**n**ts**:

- **Education**
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- **Experience**
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, sales and/or banking required
- Prior experience with lending and opening accounts preferred
- **Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Competent computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure and constant interruptions
- Ability to communicate, verbally and in writing, in a professional manner when dealing with employees and members
- Ability to follow the core values of honesty, integrity, mutual respect, pride and ownership
