As a Verizon Account Associate, you are laying the groundwork for our clients to expand their market share by acquiring new customer accounts and establishing long-lasting relationships with them. Our out-of-the-box way of strategizing and 100% personalized approach with each customer and client account is what sets us ahead of the competition. **Responsibilities of a Verizon Account Associate include**:

- Identify decision-makers within our client’s targeted lead system and initiate the sales process based on consumer preferences and parameters given
- Act as a direct liaison between our clients and customer base to begin, establish, and maintain life-long relationships with both
- Deliver unparalleled customer service to our customers and results to our clients by upholding the standards of innovation and execution of daily responsibilities
- Assist in the retention of customers by establishing a relationship, managing the customer account, and overseeing product/service installation
- Assist upper-level Management by providing detailed reports measuring sales performance and examining customer acquisition targets

**Requirements of the Verizon Account Associate**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications and/or related degree preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in the fields of retail, hospitality, client relations, or any client-facing position is required
- A naturally self-motivated individual who can benefit other entry-level Verizon Account Associates with their drive and passion
- The ability to thrive and achieve results in a fast-paced and collaborative, team environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills while working with all Verizon Account Associates and when consulting with clients and customers
- A competitive drive to accomplish all client objectives to boost their overall customer acquisition rate
- The capability of pivoting and adapting quickly to solve problems, to stay at the forefront of strategic thinking with the team

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
