**Intake Coordinator Opportunity - Per Diem**

The **Intake Coordinator** is a vital part of Arbour Hospital’s clinical operations team. This is a Per Diem opportunity with opportunities to pick up weekday and weekend shifts.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure efficient and effective calling processing to coordinate patient admissions
- Work collaboratively in the centralized call center responding to inpatient, partial hospital, and outpatient referral requests
- Process demographic and clinical information
- Ensure verification of insurance eligibility and benefits

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, sociology, or another human services related field (_3 years prior hospital intake call center experience + High School Diploma may be substituted for a bachelor's degree)_
- Ability to multitask and work in a very fast paced environment
- _Preferred prior intake call center experience and/or insurance verification experience_
